Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Guests receive a 50% refund for all nights except the first

• The first night is non-refundable

• Airbnb service fees are non-refundable

• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

• Self check-in is available via smart lock

We ask that guests honor these times to allow for proper preparation of the home.

Sutton on River is a historic home, built in 1843.

Guests are responsible for their conduct and for leaving the home in good condition.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Please be respectful of the property and surrounding area

• Dispose of trash

• Turn off lights and appliances

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher (excluding pots and pans) and start it
